My name is Alexa Young
Ashley Lopez is a passionate advocate and leader dedicated to strengthening children, families, and the communities that serve them. With extensive experience across the foster care system and Harris County organizations, she has served as a Case Manager, Family Services Worker, Home Study Assessor, Hispanic Family Advocate, Training Specialist, Compliance Coordinator, and Compliance Director within nonprofit organizations.

Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Puerto Rico, a foundation that informs her deep understanding of human development, trauma, and family dynamics. She combines cultural competence, bilingual expertise, regulatory knowledge, and compassionate leadership to create meaningful, lasting impact. Ashley believes that when professionals are well-trained, families are well-supported, and communities work together, every child has the opportunity to thrive in a safe and loving environment.
